Requirements
1. If you submit your manuscript within NTNU campus, the membership discount will be automatically applied. (Off-campus, you need to download and set up NTNU's VPN.)
2. If you are submitting from outside IP ranges, you will need to submit a request for the discount to be approved.
(1) Click “I believe that I am covered by an institutional membership arrangement and wish to request institutional payment or discount (as applicable).”
(2) Select “National Taiwan Normal University” from the dropdown list.
(3) Submit your manuscript.

Requirements
1. The MDPI will use NTNU email tag (@ntnu.edu.tw) as a filter.
2. Only one discount through an IOAP scheme is permitted per paper, and the discount cannot be combined with other available discounts (e.g., discount vouchers, or society membership discounts).
Authors in NTNU can publish in open access journals of Elsevier with a 10% discount on Article Processing Charge(APC) starting from 2023.

2. The article accepted date must be Jan. 1st 2023 - Dec. 31st 2024.
